Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy:

  • While I try to get your orders out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
  • All orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class (United Kingdom) or International Standard (Rest of the World) Tracking is unavailable unless you request tracked shipping at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates are automatically created by the product(s) you are ordering - Letter, Large Letter or Small Parcel
  • FREE SHIPPING for all orders over £150. This will be tracked shipping.
  • UK Customers please allow 2 weeks for shipping after you have received your shipment notification, if you have not received your order after that, please get in contact so we can resolve the issue.
  • International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but can take longer! If you haven't received your items after 4 weeks please get in contact to resolve the issue.
  • WORLDWIDE Please be aware you may incur additional import charges from your country. This is out of my control and i do not accept any liability for these charges.
  • Some apparel and blankets are printed on demand and will be shipped separately from other items.
